Tiger Airways has extended its online ticket sale of 33 percent off to November 18, following the delivery of its 13th Airbus A320. Fares are as low as S$29 (US$19) for flights to Kuching (which begins on November 20), up to S$210.99 (US$139) for flights to Perth. Other discounted flights departing from Singapore are to destinations such as Bangkok, Bangalore, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Macau, Manila (Clark), Chennai and Ho Chi Minh City and travel is for February 1 to June 30, 2009. United Airlines and MasterCard’s joint promotion offers Mileage Plus members bonus miles and free round-trip tickets to Southeast Asia. They have to purchase round-trip tickets on United flights from Hongkong to the US or Canada using their credit card. Tickets must be issued in Hongkong or Macau before December 15 and travel must be completed before January 31, 2009.
