Frasers opens two City of London properties

Frasers Hospitality has added two new luxury serviced apartment properties to its London portfolio - Fraser Residence Blackfriars and Fraser Residence Monument.

The two residences represent Frasers’ first foray into the Square Mile, and bring the operator’s presence in the capital to seven properties. Fraser Residence Blackfriars features 12 one-bedroom apartments situated at 1 Church Entry close to Blackfriars train and underground stations, while Fraser Residence Monument has 14 apartments including a studio and penthouse.

Apartments at both residences feature fully-fitted kitchens, Italian designer furniture, flatscreen TVs and iPod docking systems.

The company’s five other London properties are loacted in Kensington, Chelsea and Canary Wharf, and the company recently announced its first apartments in Edinburgh will open in March 2009.
