Among the improvements to debut between now and then will be a larger ticketing lobby with self-service tools including self-tagging baggage kiosks, improved security screening, and "abundant" charging areas for electronic devices.
United Club members will have access to a new expanded Terminal 7 lounge with views of the airfield from an outdoor terrace.
United operates out of Terminals 7 and 8 and the Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX.
