Perhaps he wasn’t dead – he was Swiss!

    please note:

A person who comes from Sweden is Swedish

A person who comes from Switzerland is Swiss.

    have a good day

If there was a point to that comment by epeek06 perhaps someone could explain it.

It was meant to be a joke, a variation on an old theme, clearly sense of humour does not cross boundaries. Lugano (as you know) is in Switzerland, so I dare say the OP will have got it.
