    amidst all doom and gloom, complaints (even from me) and all – Well done to the crew of this flight. Excellent service, excellent food and an excellent 7 hours of kip. The cod was cooked to perfection.

    agreed – but I still had a good meal and slept for 7 hours + i caught up on a film i had been wanting to watch! If only every time the service was so good!!
