    Just back from Durban. As I drove up to drop my hire car off yesterday, there was a Virgin plane on the apron. There was no bad weather in Joburg or Cape Town that would account for a diversion, wonder what it was doing there?

    They use Durban for crew training. As the flight day stops in Joburg it is a good way to use the aircraft rather than sitting on the ramp all day.
