Bought Business Class for my elderly parents from Manchester UK via Philadelphia to Denver.

    USAir great to Philadelphia
Connection Philadelphia to Denver was Economy in row 35.

My father is wheelchair bound & was stuck right at the back of the plane having purchased Business Class

Being of South Asian origin & polite, neither parent said anything.

Of course, USAir denied any problem twice by e-mail from “Customer Relations”

Just so you know, paying for B-Class on United/USAir MEANS NOTHING, it seems
Most passengers would have had an airport melt-down, screamed & had security/TSA help you with the rest of your trip

Thank you for your comments muhammadazam, but is this review for United or US Airways? They are two totally separate companies. They are however currently in the same alliance.
