767 Biz class flatbeds. Downside: very narrow for me at 5’10, rugby-build. no place to store those “have-to-hand” items like own headphones or M&Ms. Upside: flying facing backwards is a first and a superior experience. Much less sense of movement. Great for landing.

Upside: the on-demand entertainment and large screen are definitely pluses. Avoid the pair of seats by the galley – the ones offered to free upgraders. Might as well be in the crew as you’re nearly in the galley itself

YOU FORGOT TO ADD… LIGHTS ARE POORLY PLACED MAKING READING DIFFICULT. AND THE SAD THING IS THAT THE IDIOT WHO DESIGNED THESE SEATS HAS PROBABLY BEEN PROMOTED SO HE/SHE CAN DESIGN MORE TORTUREOUS SEATS FOR OTHER AIRLINES. BUT THEY DO BEAT ECONOMY!!!

More item forgotten. On Singapore-Chicago flight via Hong Kong, the aircraft could be changed to another old business seating; Crew do not bother to wait to hear your option to meal, but rather suggest what to take; drinks service depends on crew mood; when you woke up, the breakfast service not autometic (do you need breakfast Johnny?), IFE system including headset is worst than economy class of many A grade airlines; lounge at Chicago – you need a coupon for drinks – and still the bar guy will not serve you until he sees dollar in your hand.
