    The flight was pleasant, save for the seats that are mediocre and without footrests.

    The cabin attendant was excellent. Wi-FI was broken or so it seemed.

    The food and its presentation were dismal. The selection is even worse.

    Doesn't United get it? It really is a disgrace.
