Turkish Airlines different luggage allowances, explanation?

    Flights booked in biz class on Turkish own websites from Asia 30Kos of check in luggage
    Flights booked in biz class on Turkish own website from Europe 40kos of check in luggage
    Flights booked in biz through certain travel agents from Europe 50 kos of check in luggage
    Thai, Cathay, Emirates et al allow 30 kos in economy.
    Does anyone know the reason?
