    I purchased a premium economy seat expecting some additional legroom. The seat on the 737 aircraft was a standard economy seat with a 31 or 32″ seat pitch. Premium economy was a rip-off. Definitely false advertising. On the next leg of my flight to Tel Aviv, the bag was lost despite checking in 2.5 hours ahead of time.
