I have been flying RB from Melb to LHR regularly on business for the last five years and have found them punctual, friendly and generous with above average baggage allowances. There must have been good reasons for a Vienna diversion and I am sure that this efficient SEAsian airline had the safety and welfare of its passengers foremost.
