We flew with Thomson to Goa 13/11/12 (Premium Class)

Check in was very quick; we sat in row 2 F & G widow and aisle seats, the only complaint with the seats is the centre arm rest is fixed and dosn’t lift up. The drinks service was very slow to start with.

We had requested a Glutten free meal for my wife (no glutten free meal provided), unfortunatley that meant my wife had no food for the next 10 hours. The Cabin Manager apologised and did report the problem, the staff on the out bound flight were friendly and attentive; the staff on the inbound were quite frankly miserable, some other passengers did complain that the flight attendants were rude and ignored there calls for more drinks.

The Inflight entertainment was average on the out bound and a little better on the inbound journey. I will not book premium cabin seats again, it is just not worth the extra expense.
