The most uncomfortable flight I’ve ever experienced in my life… Seat pitch of 28inches, being 6 months pregnant, 6ft tall and with an 18month old infant I can only describe the 4 hour flight as inhumane. I have bruises across my knees from the edge of the seat pocket digging into them, was not allowed to purchase extra legroom as I had an infant travelling with me.

The food was barely edible, and the information from the pilot was non existent. Coupled with the fact that our outbound flight nearly veered off the runway on landing, I will never book another flight with Thomas cook.

KellySmith2, I suspect you would have struggled with most airlines, travelling in Economy given your circumstances. I am not sure that airlines can reasonably be expected to anticipate needs such as yours when designing the layout of aircraft!!
