Thomas Cook Airlines Short/medium-haul

    It started with a big disorganised scrum at the check in desks – this was repeated on the way home – lots of people wondering if they are in the right queue, only to be told there not when they get to the front.

    No space in the overhead lockers at the front of the plane as these were being used for catering supplies etc. The most cramped seat I’ve ever had – I found sleeping impossible and any movement highly restricted. Food was suprisingly good but drinks at extra cost – not what I expect after paying a lot of money for a ‘five-star all inclusive’ Thomas Cook holiday.

    A budget airline at a premium price – I will definately be avoiding Thomas Cook in future!
