    No real advantage going premium. Seating uncomfortable. Entertainment limited and faulty. cabin crew sullen, terse and indifferent.
    Made complaint re flight when arrived at destination and there was no response, not even acknowledgement.

    I vow to never fly with Thomas Cook again.
