SimonS1ParticipantNever heard of FlyLoLo but it seems to be a bit of a joke operation.
Looks like they have gone too. Some people rebooked on them when Thomas Cook went bust.

Here’s another upcoming failure, but so far it has even failed to start operating.

AMcWhirterParticipantSo many ‘paper’ airlines have announced plans over the years.
Remember Odyssey Airlines of 2011 ?

transtraxmanParticipantAs far as I understand FlyLoLo was a virtual airline. It acted as a charter airline as of old. It had no aircraft, no aircrew and no airline certificate. It wet leased everything. This makes setting up an airline so easy. It is so like a travel agency going out of business. In fact it was an airline doomed from the start.

capetonianmParticipantI think it was a travel agency as according to Google its ‘base’ was at:

transtraxmanParticipantI do not know if this one counts as it is no longer a scheduled airline.
“Via Airlines files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy”, ( World Airline News 16-10-19)
Via Airlines (Orlando) filed for Chapter 11 reorganization on October 8 according to the Orlando Business Journal.
The previously scheduled carrier had reverted to a charter airline.

AMcWhirterParticipantTBH it’s been said many times over the years … yet Thai Airways still survives.
Thailand is a country which sees visitor numbers increase year after year but its national airline transports fewer and fewer of them. The vast majority arrive with foreign carriers.

AMcWhirterParticipantAir Bosnia faces difficult financial situation.
According to reports almost half the staff have been dismissed. Wages have gone unpaid.
