Thanks Martyn, that was very helpful as one of my boy’s may shortly be coming to London. He’d normally travel Swiss but as Swiss have abandoned Lugano he’ll fly direct with BA ex MXP. 45 minutes by car as opposed to 2½ hours by train with 1 or 2 changes. Not pleasant with baggage.
