    I don’t understand why TG sends post when I have specifically have only emails as preference for all communications.

    Now they ‘blame’ me for not receiving the post on this communication, and I can’t avail of the promotion anymore. Talk about how they treat Gold Card members.

    Now, it’s not a question mark. It is really bad service.

    This is what customer service manager tells me:

    1. They pay alot more for posting Gold Card details to members, even if members have specficially mentioned NO MAILS, only emails. She still thinks this is good service to Gold Card members.

    2. She says that the customers have to understand them because even it is logical, they can’t do it in the system (and don’t humans type into the system?)
