Arrived at T2 LHR today. Appear to have to be psychic to find Rental pick up. Eventually found a sign above an elevator, nothing in the elevator to indicate which floor to go to [guessed at Taxi and buses], Came out, absolutely nothing to indicate where to go. Found the Taxi line and asked a very helpful person who pointed me in the right direction. He told me that they have continuously complained to LHR Management “who just aren’t interested”. Same reaction from the Hertz driver. I hope that LHR management read BT !!
