mike132ParticipantThis review is in relation to our return journey from Phuket to Brisbane and I have to say it was also a pleasure to fly in the Business cabin again.
The availability a shared Business Lounge at Phuket International is a great bonus over the only viable competition Strategic has on this route.Thai Airlines has an arrangement with Strategic Business Class to share their Royal Orchard Lounge and this was a welcome bonus. There must have been a lack of communication at check in because several people in BC were unaware of the lounge arrangement and waited in the general terminal for several hours. That would not be the fault of the airline but a translation problem with the Thai check in staff.
Boarding in Phuket is always confusing but again is caused by language difficulties and the lack of patience by economy passengers following a dlay in boarding, however this is to be expected by regular travelers.
All up another wonderful flight with great staff and dining.
The one issue I would bring to the airlines attention is dress standard enforcement. The web site states a dress code but I noticed a large number of singlets and thongs in economy and also two in BC until the air conditioning forced them to wear suitable attire.

roscoe77ParticipantWe have also just flown with Strategic in business class from Brisbane to Denpasar and return.
Having tried the product for the first time last year, in an A320 which flew via Port Hedland, we were surprised to find such a dramatic improvement in such a short time.
Excellent check in experience, perfect on- time performance, great food, clean and comfortable aircraft (A330-200) and a friendly and efficient cabin crew – many ex Qantas or Ansett.
We liked the option of a morning departure ex Brisbane and a late afternoon departure ex Denpasar – far preferable to the red-eye specials offered by most other airlines, with departure around midnight.
We found Strategic excellent and great value for money.27 May 2011
