    Good evening
Due to Covid19 in August 2020 our flights (family of 5) from J’burg to Windhoek were cancelled; since then I did try to get a full refund from SAA with no luck.
To date I emailed over 30 times and went on their Instagram page also…….but nothing yet.

is there a way to make sure that this airline “pay the price” for good for their unprofessional behaviour?

    Best,
    Luca Benatti

Have you contacted your credit card company to request a charge-back?

Ask your credit card company to refund you. You are wasting your time dealing with these clowns. In any case didn’t the 2020 SAA go bust?

A friend was in a similar situation and after several attempts and SAA falling into business administration, she handed it to her credit card company and was fully reimbursed.
