British Airlines are double charging my credit card for online bookings. This is the third time they have done this.My bank says they are unable to reverse it until BA lifts the hold on it(2 months)How can this be legal and how do I report them?

Presumably it is BA – British AIRWAYS with whom you are having the difficulty.
To double charge you three times seems so extremely odd that it seems barely credible to be frank. The two months ‘hold’ also seems odd.
    However –
Are you booking directly with the airline ? If so you need to talk to them – (‘reporting’ them to anyone is rather premature at this point.)
If not booked directly it is not BAs problem as they would not have your funds and you would need to contact who ever you booked through.
