I believe like many here that SkyTrax is a scam, and ratings are based on what an airline pays. The unfortunate reality is that Skytrax are promoted even by news outlets like today on CNN, giving their bogus airline ratings some sort of validity. An intersting clip from Josh Cahill, a You Tube Vlogger on airlines tells an interesting story, even of Skytrax threatening to sue him.
