Advice warning for all Singapore Airlines passangers transiting through Changi – the new Kris lounges are bright and airy but they toilet and showers are not yet open!

For toilets you have to go out of the lounge and for showers its either pay at the terminal hotel or go back to terminal 2 an queue in the old lounge

At the moment its still not clear where flights will land, flights to and from USA, Europe, New Zealand etc should land and depart from T3, however the flight in from Auckland this morning landed at T2, having got to T3 Kris lounge to be told no showers, so had to go back to T2!

Come on Singapore Airlines, I expect this poor customer service from some but you have let yourselves down. Even your own website states there are showers in T3 Kris lounge
