In news that will interest an admittedly small number of Business Traveller readers (about five of you, according to our records), Wow Air is offering free return flights from Gatwick to New York for anyone with the first name or surname Valentine.

Is that you? Book between Jan 24 and Feb 7 for travel between Feb 10-17! More details here: https://wowair.co.uk/offer/valentine/

There are also flights from Dublin up for grabs: https://wowair.ie/offers/valentine/

Wow has also announced other offers for cheap flights to the US via Reykjavik. More on that on the Wow website: http://www.wowair.co.uk

It could well be something offered across Wow’s European network. It’s definitely being offered in France.

And when St.Patrick’s day nears, would some kind airline make a similar offer to all the Patricks??????

Wouldn’t that generate lots of publicity for Michael O’Leary…….

I live in hope. Safe travels all.

    So do I, and he’s a complete bampot , and he’s in his 70’s !!
Definitely not someone to sit next too on a flight, not even the flight from Papa Westray to Westray

One things for sure, I’ll never have this opportunity : (

It’s actually a two-for-one offer. Wow will refund the cost of the second fare where two tickets are purchased and one traveller is named Valentine or Valentina.

So not such an amazing offer but a nice piece of marketing.
