IPAD is no more a complimentary entertainment item but a chargeable one. I only found out this when I re-visit their website where I’ve booked an upcoming flight in end Feb 2013. I was told to pay additional charges despite that this booking Ive made was in early October 2012 – that was when IPAD was offered as in inclusive item then in SccotBiz.

This is the second time that I was turned down for the IPAD set. The first was when I travel ScootBiz from Singapore to Tianjin in late Sep 2012 and the crew told me that there’s some problem in their inflight entertainment system. Upon my return when I filed a complaint, their management reply was not sincere and there is no service recovery!
