    Dear all,

    GreenRoom is an incentive to attach tangible rewards to customers and businesses with more environmentally focused behavior patterns. Each of our clients is able to establish an energy profile for each of their return customers, promoting awareness of energy issues in both parties along with reduced rates. It works in a similar way to the Loyalty Card system that is used universally, it seems.

    As part of our implementation research, we are exploring the issues people have regarding current loyalty card set ups. For instance, what people look for when first entering the hotel whilst using their cards, what they expect and more importantly what they dislike.

    So! We’d like to raise an opportunity for users here to state their preferences and opinions with regards their experiences with Loyalty schemes across the board.

    We’d love to hear your opinions, and would certainly appreciate your expert advice.
