Just returned from Italy via Rome on CX flight yesterday, arrived home and was astonished to found my 2 luggages’s key lock was broken and the contents were ransacked completely! 3 pieces of my kid’s communion jewellry was stolen – nothing else.
I had experienced luggage problem in the last 4 years every summer I return to Italy for holiday – the wheels of the luggages are broken or one big hole was CUT out from the corner of my hard luggage (someone obviously try to steal something), or 1-4 days delay in delivery (more time to ransack).
This MUST be the staff in Rome Airport, no other explanation!
Anyone else has that experience before? Wish the authority could look into this.
