BLS main users are either French residents and therefore face quarantine anyway, or they are Swiss residents and Zurich airport is one hour drive away from Basel.
German residents can use either Zurich or Stuttgart airport depending where they live.

If your travel is not that important then you should refrain from travelling, it is too risky to go to airports and terminals right now.
