    Flew Business with Qatar from the new T4 on 10th December.

    What a disaster at checking in the first class check in was closed only one of the two business class check in was working .Heathrow really is third world.

    Once in the lounge was more impressed and excellent service on board

    I am flying out of T4 with QR tonight (weather permitting) so it will be interesting to see if things have improved. Good to hear the lounge and onboard service were up to scratch.
