This has been my recent experience also which has driven me to look past BA wherever possible. QR have been light years beyond BA and even though they lost me bag ( which was recovered after two days). I know any airline can have a bad day/crew/flight but even just the seat on QR is enough to obtain my business, never mind the often VERY attractive fares.
