Priority Pass and Mastercard

    Has anyone else had issues paying for Priority Pass membership/renewal with Mastercard? According to their CS team, they are currently “experiencing issues with accepting Mastercard” and are asking customers to use other payment options.

    I’m sure, like me, many people do not have Visa, Amex etc. And I’m sure, like mine, they have lost so much business because of this. And, they could not put a timescale on when, even IF, the issue would be resolved. Despite “promises” from their CS team to call me, their ‘promises’ failed to come to fruition.

    Apalling service from a supposed ‘global’ brand.

    Apparently not ‘isolated’ and not ‘local.’ According to their CS Team they have had numerous issues with Mastercard payments not confined to any specific geographical area. Anyway, they’ve lost mine and I’m sure a lot of other business. Thanks for your reply.
