JMurphy and couldntthinkofaname are correct; Partners’ flights accrue the same level of Tier Points as would be the case if BA metal was used. TPs are decided according to the length of the flight and cabin flown.
Str8talking is correct to state that some closer relationships (eg former JSA with Qantas) warrant an increased avios bonus, but that is not the same as Tier Points (which register for status purposes only).
