Olympic Airlines has suspended all flights as it will no longer exists in this name beginning Oct. 1. 2009– it will start flying again under the name of Olympic Air which will be operated by Pantheon Airways.
The number of destinations will be smaller and some will be suspended entirely—for example all German destinations are suspended. This sounds good for LH, but bad for the pax as their is no competition anymore beside some charter airlines.

I was wondering why BT has not written any articles about it ?? Is Olympic Airlines such ” history ” that its cessation was not a news worth ??

    Hi,
I haven’t come across this story. Is it accurate?Nothing about it so far on CNBC.
Is the new carrier going to be state-supported?
