    Actually I do totally agree that for a pre ordered meal something should be available

    Of course it is the majority of travellers that prefer sea food or fish to meat in most of Asia and it would be unusual to not find one or both on any decent inflight menu and normally rather well prepared.
    Fish and seafood in general is more plentiful and normally considerably cheaper than in Europe and North America and in Hong Kong I buy fish (that had been alive just a few minutes earlier) from the local ‘wet market’ for a fraction of the price of what it would cost in London or New York.

    I had a beautiful prawn curry on Emirates the other day in business class. Also seared tuna for starter.
