Tim, i completely agree with your comment about EasyJet. It is the one thing that stops me from using EZY on longer flights as the seat pitch is unacceptable for a tall guy like me. I find it interesting that in the US, there is a greater differentiation of seat pitches on flights with proper larger seats but not in Europe. I thought AirTran had the right idea and really enjoyed their business class when i used it a couple of years ago but since they were bought by Southwest, it has been phased out.
