From being the sparkle in the eye of Bjorn Torre Larssen Norse Atlantic has been in progress of being set up as a going concern since March 2021 when the first aircraft leasing agreement was signed for six second hand B787-9 and three B787-8. This new lease agreement for six B787-9 brings the total to 15 aircraft by December 2021. This is when it plans to have all the paperwork in place and it can commence operations.
Initially Norse Atlantic will fly between Europe (Oslo, London Gatwick and Paris Charles-de-Gaulle) and North America (Miami, New York and Los Angeles LAX).
