This post is a message for Dutchyankee, but anyone is welcome to comment generally.

I’ve used the lounge a couple of times recently and did look to check out the points that did not impress you, as I promised.

In conclusion,

1) I agree there is a paucity of magzines and this will not change from the discussions with the duty manager

2) The fish tank appears to have been given a deep clean (a coincidence)

3) I was there one day when EK108 left and the lounge was very untidy, but it was cleaned quickly, the duty manager could only think than they must have been short staffed on the day you were there, saying your experience was not acceptable or usual

Maybe the knowledge that people are commenting on business fora will keep them motivated to present a tidy lounge.
