Will stay in about 10 days at the Excelsior Hong Kong, a Mandarin Oriental hotel. Was looking for any form of loyalty scheme but couldn’t find one. For a reason?

And do they have any tie with any of the large airline alliances?

    Thanks

MO doesn’t explicitly offer a “loyalty” scheme with elite status etc. but once you become a frequent repeat guest they do get to know that through their CRM tool, just as is the case with FS hotels.

As has been pointed out, you can earn miles and points for your stay through various partners.

If you are able to, book your stay via Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts Scheme; there’s also the free night on offer (until Labor Day Sept 5, but it should resurrect itself again after that):

On a seperate note does anyone know if you can use the Marriott Loyalty scheme on Ritz-Cartlon stays and St. Regis on Starwoods program?
