The LH A-380 has a First configuration of 2 rows, 1-2-1 so to keep 8 First class seats with a seperate bed you’d have to remove several rows of Business.
What in my opinion sets the LH 380 experience apart is the size of the bathroom. You could have a small conference in there. It’s also the only plane I’ve ever been on which also has a urinal in the bathroom! Amazing.
