Full flight with a mix of business types, local and German tourists.

Despite some apparent confusion at the gate resulting in delayed boarding the plane left only 10 mins late but arrived in FRA 15 minutes early.

Although seat was normal LH slimline model there was plenty legroom (I am over 6 foot).

Choice of sandwich served along with two drink runs.

Crew very pleasant and obliging. I have flown LH on a number of occasions ex ABZ and would certainly rate them higher than BA and the other international airlines serving the city.

My only complaint concerns the zoo which is Aberdeen airport – the facilities are totally inadequate for the number of pax using the airport (especially the lack of air bridges and the international arrivals area). I appreciate work is shortly to commence on further expansion but how long before these additional facilities become outgrown?
