Actually, they have some attractive rates on line as they are having a challenge establishing themselves on the market with so many cool, up market hotels in the area, and the Conrad brand not quite resonating yet in New York. I had met the GM at a cocktail party there, he was relatively new, coming from a Hilton properyt in France, and mentioned this was a challenge for the properyt/brand. Rates were quite good a couple of months ago.
