Log-in issues? Clear your caches

    Hi all – we’ve been made aware of a few issues with users logging in over the last day or so, which are related to work that’s been carried out by our web developers around caching / cookies.

    If you try to log in and get a silent fail (ie: it takes you back to the homepage after you click submit, rather than the My Account page which you should be directed to immediately after logging in), please clear your caches and try again.

    Sorry to expose my ignorance Mark, especially on a public forum, but how do I clear my caches on a desktop running WIN 10?
    I should add I’ve not experienced any problem but just in case!!
