My wife and I flew from Brisbane Australia to Gatwick Airport London recently and couldn’t fault the airline attendants or pilots. The pilots land the planes so softly and the attendants always have a smile on their faces.

The food was lovely and water was nice. The coffee was a bit strong and no milk, but you could have a orange juice. We did the whole journey in four legs and experienced four different planes. They all had ample leg room and the seats all had LCD screens to watch movies etc. Would fly with them again because the time zones they fly from Brisbane don’t give us a big heap of jet lag.
