KLM has seriously downgraded its once Distinguishing Catering service and meal quality on international – if no change AVOID KLM.

No Tray service – in Economy some black cloth thing as a “tray” – OK – but the Fancy Royal Delft color printed food box – great marketing look [SHAME on Royal Delft] but food inside the box even dogs would turn away. Please Learn again Quality name needs better. Less money on marketing – passengers are not dumb, please KLM help yourself and distinguish from the rest!
