KLM “Please enter the missing details …”

    I have had two more of these. One was “Please enter the missing details for your flight to Copenhagen”, similar to the one which stimulated me to start this thread. The other was “Prepare your trip to Prague”.

    The first is (as far as I can see) just asking for information that should have automatically loaded from my Flying Blue profile – through which I log on before booking with KLM/AF.

    The second is just information which is banal to the regular traveller – is your passport valid? – do you know you can check in online?

    I cannot fathom why KLM is doing this, sending emails that are both tedious and not needed. Needless to say, as I posted on 2 September, KLM have not replied to my comments on their original reply.
