No need to play any more jokes on them as I have come to the opinion that BMI are one huge Joke at the moment.
Another day, another change to my flight schedule without being informed by BMI – a delay of 5 hours against the original reservation. Do they just expect that you have nothing better to do than hang around in the airport for more than half of the working day!!
Call center worse than hopeless, their best advice was to cancel (a real big help then!!)
I am rapidly running out of patience with BMI
