Well to start the aircraft was actually in the international section so for the first time for me in melbourne airport we got on a bus from the domestic terminal to the international terminal.

We had purchased extra room seats and seeing that Jetstar do not have business class for domestic flights, the extra leg room seats were actually in the business class of the plane.

Sat with a friend in seats 2A and 2B

Flight was not full so I ended up moving so I could get a window seat and moved to seat 3B

Seat 3B was an excellent seat. The window was just in the right position to look out of.

Sure this seat is nowhere near as good as business class on A380 with emirates but if I was flying a long flight I would certainly be requesting seat 3B

The 787 is one beautiful aircraft and seat 3B is the best way to fly in it
