I cannot praise the airline and staff enough. From the moment of checking in to the moment I landed the customer service was excellent.

The plane departed 10 minutes ahead of schedule. I was escorted to my seat and served a cold drink.

The champagne and mixed nuts were wonderful. The staff were so attentive and the food was delicious, it was like eating in a really good restaurant.

The seat was so comfortable and when it was converted into a bed a quickly fell asleep and slept for a the remainder of the journey waking in time for a lovely breakfast.
